My lady just bought me a slow cooker and as winter is approaching the land of oz, i was wondering if any of you budding chefs have any good recipes.
Thanks. |

I use mine to make chili and stew.
Stew is the easiest..
- Get a london broil or chuck roast (whatever is on sale cheap)
- Onion
- Potato or 2
- Carrot or 3
- fresh mushrooms or whatever else if you want to spend xtra $
- 1 can of beer or beef broth
- Salt/pepper to taste
Throw it all in, turn the cooker on high, give it about 4 hours. |
