yeah. hes a bad people to deal with...
...but thats only if you like getting your decks cheaply, quickly and well wrapped.
plus if you hate getting a heap of extra free stuff with your purchase (stickers, posters, mags and a complete powell product catalog), then you probably better avoid him.

yeah..i'm not too pleased with Bill either.
the way he takes my money then sends my stuff quickly and well packed...horrible person i tell ya.
i never got a Powell� product catalog though[sniffles]
