Busy city residential neighborhood. Major corporate shopping areas a couple of blocks away. I saw the dig happening and thought it couldn't be. Now they're putting down frames for the transitions.
Today I stopped on my bike to get a pic. Woman comes out and asks what I'm doing from a distance. Tone seems not happy. I shout back that I'm just grabbing a quick pic of the pool dig. She shouts back that it's "not a pool, it's for skateboarding". LOL.
The build looks epic but I can't imagine this is approved or permitted. I'd rather not discuss where this is for the benefit of the homeowner and builder but let's speculate. At what point is this shut down? If they're upset about a guy taking a photo, imagine when the front yard skatepark is done and ready to skate. Will gov agencies even allow them to pour before they catch push back? |

If they got a permit...it's legit.
If not....oops! |

Will post a pic eventually. Just need to do some Photoshop work to properly hide their home. |

Lots of concrete has been poured and shaped since I last took a pic. Will have to get an updated photo so I can post the progress. |

What if Disney is being built a couple blocks away and I can't ride the rides. MY GOD. |

I got the 2nd pic. Wifey didn't come out this time but I moved faster. It's on the way to Taco Bell on my bicycle. I make Fiesta Veggie Burittos disappear. Yes I still need to load up Photoshop and post the pics. I miss the 90s when we got Bean Burittos for under a dollar. |
