Elk summer sausage with some cheese and jalapeno is tasty too. But for future reference, don't feed elk steaks to a homeless guy who hasn't had solid food in a while... not a pretty reaction. Especially if you're in Key West and he has one arm. A friend of mine will never eat elk again after that show. My stomach must be a little stronger. |
