i love me some cilantro. great to put in plenty of different things.
i went thru one of those "bobby flay" phases when i was younger and put a "southwest twist" on almost everything i ate. big handful of cilantro, little lime, some chilis. shit, you take that right there, add shallots, silver tequila, garlic & butter, blend it together and heat it in a pan then drizzle over fried fish. can NOT go wrong |

love cilantro. I grow it sometimes...as long as my brother grows it, I just take a few of his plants. Half my family being hispanic, it's like some requirement garnish and ingredient in everything. It's good with mango. |

I've heard people compare the flavour to Thrills gum, which is also labelled as tasting like soap.
I use cilantro all the time since it is a heavy player in Indian and Mexican cooking. Just getting into Mexican but tons of Indian stuff I make has cilantro in it. |
