buy firehoses and a hydrant key and steal the water from the hydrant. pretty easy.
it'll probly cost you about $300
or go to the city and they will give you a meter, hoses and key to barrow, and when you return them they charge you for the water. way cheaper than the house hose costs but probly in the 3 cent a gallon area. so maybe 6-8 hundred.
i used the first method and my 20,000 gallon pool filled in an hour and a half. |

I would have drained and skater that fucker long ago....
As far as filling it.....I'd cross that bridge when I got to it.... |
