Any news? Is he out now?
Can someone explain me the U.S.-justice-system? If he was condemned to spend 41 months in prison, why is he not a free man after that?

The land of the free... 
I personally don�t use drugs except some alcohol sometimes, but the different laws in different countries look ridiculous, if you compare them.
In the Netherlands you are allowed to have as much Marihuana as you want.
In Germany you are allowed to have as much as you can consume yourself, if you have more your going to jail.
In the USA it seems you�re going to be punished for every little amount.
And in most islamic states you�re not even allowed to drink alcohol.
What I still don�t understand is, what�s the use of going to court again? |
