Quote: So easy to make as well. I picked up 2lbs of pork shoulder, threw it in the crock pot with a bottle of Virgil's Rootbeer and let it cook on low for 6 hours. Took it out of the pot, drained it and then shred the pork. Throw it back in with 18oz of BBQ sauce for another 2 hours and you are set!
I'm at the 6 hour mark... just dumped the BBQ sauce in... can hardly wait

16 lbs of Boston Butt smoked for 18 hours ... Friday into yesterday's morning.. We like to party proper down here.

it was 6+ lbs and I slow cooked it for 9 hours total...
damn good!!!! |

I've got a 7lb Butt in the freezer...I think it's got a mission now. Been a while since I did pulled pork.
We're beef eaters in TX....but I'm happy to dine on swine!
