Coleslaw (Southern style.. you know.. vinnegar)

I made some pulled pork this weekend and used this recipe for the slaw. Came out pretty damn good too but I added a few more spices to my liking. I'm sure the base recipe would work fine.

So easy to make as well. I picked up 2lbs of pork shoulder, threw it in the crock pot with a bottle of Virgil's Rootbeer and let it cook on low for 6 hours. Took it out of the pot, drained it and then shred the pork. Throw it back in with 18oz of BBQ sauce for another 2 hours and you are set!

I pretty much use that recipie except use less sugar. I like apple cider vinegar and use a regular dijon mustard instead of mustard powder and that is it.
