Boil it from raw to brown then add spices and remove some of the water, leave it on slow cook for a long time till almost all the liquid is gone.
Kinda long process better make a lot.


Better to brown it, add enough water to just about cover and spices, bring to a boil and then simmer (that's what I do).

given my choice of food..to eat out...i will pick mexican everytime...my girlfriend isnt the biggest fan..i eat at the taqueria alone on the weekends

Browned it in a pan, then dumped it in the slow cooker with spices, fresh peppers, onions, and garlic.

Now it's sitting in the slow cooker for the next six hours.

Buddy is coming over tonight with fresh margaritas made from scratch.

Gonna have ring sting tomorrow

Put 10 kilos of fatty beef 8-12% in a pot and add some water then cook till brown, add spices, dried onion and tomato paste. and cook it some more.

greasy ass Mexican taco beef ready to serve.

I've cooked thousands of kilos of the stuff and the recipe does not change much for most restaurants.
