I'm seriously thinking of driving to Dallas tomorrow to skate.
Where's the best places for an old, oldschool fat guy to go?

Dude, hook up with Stubbs and check out the stealth bowl.
Southside of Downtown Dallas.
Some day I'm gonna make it down there.
Looks rad!

I P.M.'d Stubbs, no better skate knowledge of Big D.
Looks like a Chance of T-storms now. Maybe Thursday or next week.

If you're looking for a park to skate you can check out the Irving park (west of Dallas), Allen park (north) and Lewisville park (also north). All really fun. Allen and Lewisville are bigger and have more flow space than Irving.

Dallas dosen't have a park. Dallas sucks.

^^^This statement actually makes my post pretty useless.

I consider that whole area "Dallas", and coincidentally from looking at concrete disciples park listing, I picked those same parks. going today was rushing it, I'll probably go next week, work and weather permitting. Everyone's feedback welcomed, also interested in ditches and ramps, and willing to keep locations secret.
Thanks!

Gotcha, and I didn't mean to sound bitter about Dallas, it's just that I'm bitter that Dallas won't build a park.

Lewisville is the bomb! the bowl is perfect!
Allen and Irving are skateable but if I had to choose it would be Lewisville every time.
Haven't been to the Guapo warehouse and the Stealth bowl yet, good luck with that.
Lots of ditches and pools too but that's a secret

Don't worry about sounding bitter, I'm bitter too.
I have to drive 200 miles for the first decent park.
And I can keep a secret...

I skated Allen Station and it was nice, open park

Lots of BMXers but maybe it was the night that I was there.

Check out the pics of Lewisville

Same company designed Allen but I think it's a MUCH better park.
If it wasn't raining I'd be there today damn it!
