I was caught in a snow storm a few weeks ago on the summit of Grotto Mountain near Canmore. There wasn't enough to ride on but it's nice to see it coming down so early. I do a snow dance every day and my gut is telling me it's going to be an epic season

it's back to warm temps this week but I have hope. I think the winter forecast will be available next month. |

It's def. getting cool in new england. Last season was so fun. First time in 5 or 6 years I didnt even bother chasing snow out west. |

that's cause you east coast bastards hogged it all...
It does seem to follow that pattern...one coast or the other gets a good winter. I can't remember the last time it dumped on both ends of the country. |

uh this el nino thing seems to deal us a crap hand, northern idaho tends to get warmer weather thus less snow. I thought it pretty much trashed all the west coast or at least put rain down on top of everything....hope I'm wrong. |
