Thursday of this week my girlfriend is making chili.
Ultimately this will lead to me making chili dogs on Friday night as I have been lusting after one lately.
I want to hear about your ultimate chili dog.
I like mine with a bit of mustard, onions and pepperoncini hot peppers and of course, a shit load of chili.
Then, wash it all down with a big glass of Avalon organic chocolate milk. |

X2 plus some sour cream. Unfortunately, this combination of goodness makes my ass unleash World War III on my throne. Not fun.... |

I'll give the sour cream a whirl. I've had it just on chili but not on a chili dog.
I'm thinking bacon could be a welcome addition as well.
Fuck......I'm hungry. |

Damn- I want one of these now. If I destroy my toilet later, I'm sending you the bill. |

Never tried sour cream but will do so at my next opportunity.
My favorite chili dog includes a nice mayonnaise-based cole slaw atop shredded cheddar and chili. Learned that one from the sassy black lady with the fancy hats who sold dogs from a cart outside the Wake County Courthouse in Raleigh, NC. |

Man, it's been WAY too long since I've had a chili dog!
All I need is some good chili with some diced onions on top. |

Crazy- I thought chili dogs were invented in '84. Isn't that beyond you're timeframe of attention? |

The coleslaw thing sounds very interesting to me. I love slaw and I really like chili so it sounds like a no brainer to me. I'm giving this combo a try for sure. |
