So basically, my club wants some flags.. we were prolly gonna get like 12"x18" ones. will it be easy to screen onto straight polyester? will it show thru so i can only do one side or will 2 sides be easy?
somebody wanna make some cash & screen em for me? haha if so PM me with a price quote for 12  |

depending on the color of the flag and the thickness of the ink deposit. pretty much, you will be doing these as one sided flags.
you might be able to print it as a two color with a big square or circular base on both sides that will block out the reverse image.
just make sure you have them lined up properly. |

i've printed quite a few hole flags for golf tournaments around here. we only do one side of the flag. it does show through. if your graphic was completely symmetrical with no text, i can see you gettin' away with printing both sides. |

haha, its my fishing club. Mossdale Militia.
Probably just gonna do this logo in white on black
but ive been debating doing more of a mirrored graphic for the flags, maybe should do one that will look good once it goes thru to the back as well.. |

exactly, or lay down a black base first and it shouldn't bleed. |

That's what I would try first. I a black patch on a black flag, then do your image. |

Check out some marine supply stores. They sometimes have thicker/nontransparent flags for marking docks and such. They're much more expensive I'm sure, but you could print both sides. Extremely durable too. |
