Watching an episode of last years series "kitchen nightmares"
Some people working in these restaurants are crazy.. why the flying funk are they potentionaly poisoning people like that?
Most of the food creeps around in the kitchen and if you wait any longer you have to give it food to keep it calm!
Every time i see it i'm amazed.
And a bit sick as well.

The UK version's are better than the USA version's. Both are enjoyable though. Alway's good to watch. |

My wife likes the UK version. The US one seems more 'staged' or maybe the UK one is more subtly edited. |

Definately.
If you take the USA version of 'Wife Swap' for insance (which was originally a UK programme), at the beginning of each episode the narrator says 'some scenes have been created for entertainment purposes'. I would think it's much the same for 'Kitchen Nightmares USA'. I don't think any of the UK's equivalent programmes have the practice of creating scenes purely for entertainment purposes. This seems a very American thing to do. |

Unfortunately, modern life. But i'm one of the sad bastards who enjoys watching this crap.
It all started at first with being forced to watch it, and then damn, I started liking it. My wife's fault |

There is nothing wrong with being polite, but seeing how he is the only dickhead chef on the TV I don't see what it hurts.
The people do ask for the abuse, its not like he knocks on random doors and starts to yell at strangers.
And I am sure he is not an asshole to his customers at his real businesses, maybe his employees but I doubt the customers. |

...and to be fair, when someone does something right and well, he's always full of praise for them |
