I am still a ways off from launching my company but want to find a good builder. Does anyone recommend one?

What I am looking for:

-Made in USA
-300 dpi 4 color cmyk transfer process(my artwork needs photographic quality) also printed in US(if at all possible). The problem I have had when looking at different boards is many of them have quite a circular grain to them up close unless they are flat color. I am looking for no grain. Is this possible with current tech?
-25-50 board quantity per design.

I currently have 9 board designs with more on the way, but will be releasing them 4 at a time. I want a medium concave street shape.

Thanks!
Dave
