Pretty tasty if you mix ~3.5-4 oz. of it with water and ice in a rocks glass.
Something about it makes me feel like I'm drinking junk food though. Not in the sense that it's unhealthy or anything, but rather as though it's fraudulent in some way and that I should feel embarrassed for some vague reason, like it's the TGI McFunster's of cocktails or something. |

| we got 4 bottles of a sweet tea vodka in at work the other day. they were freebies tagged onto a liquor order. one of the bartenders love the stuff. we've been giving it away as shots. not sure if it was firefly or not. i'll check tomorrow. |

Where are you working?
If it's Firefly, it's pretty wretched on its own and doesn't seem like it would be a very appealing shot. If you're trying to sell more of it, your best bet is to mix it with water. Others seem to enjoy mixing it with lemonade.
Still, talking this stuff up makes me feel like I'm trying to spread the word about this great new Italian joint I just discovered named The Olive Garden... |

I'm not surprised if the tasting was in its unadulterated form--it's bitter and putrid straight.
Mix it at a 2:1 ratio of water to FF and serve with a bunch of ice and it's really good. |

I think the tea part is the weak link. My suggestion would be to make iced tea to your liking then add the vodka of your choice. All the flavored, infused, whatever booze sucks. It's made and marketed to college aged drinkers. Even when I was a college aged drinker, I stayed the hell away from that type of thing.
If you can't mix a drink yourself, you're too stupid to drink. |

Perhaps part of my endorsement comes from the fact that I've never considered pouring vodka into iced tea before, and I'm surprised by how well it works out.
Until now, I have also never considered adding vodka to coffee, chili, milkshakes, salad dressing, or jelly, among other things. I'll have to try adding vodka to more seemingly inappropriate hosts.
Is Firefly the preferred beverage accompaniment to sodomy? I don't know much about Firefly or sodomy, so I figured I'd ask an expert... |

| A better alternative is to add a shot of Stoli Raz to regular brewed sweet tea. It's not my go-to drink, but, it is good. |

purple kool-aid, popsicles, lolipops are my usual go to tools...
