They've been around for a couple years. Out of Calgary—a real hot bed for racing.

You're seeing them everywhere, all of a suddden, because they've grown out of their boutique stage and are going big time—not to mention their product is killer.

The deck is in the neighborhood of $500. Same with the trucks.

Considering what this is compared to other stuff on the market its damn cheap!

All other precision trucks are way over priced for how crappy they are. with the exception of possibly Magun... which is more expensive and less durable.

I haven't ridden a "crappy" precision truck yet. And I've ridden a number of them.

However, in terms of the prescision factor, the Savant is clearly on the top of the heap—id not a step up. But that doesn't make the competition crap.

All trucks have some slight varience—that's just a reality of machining (even more-so if partially sand casted). That said, the tolerances on the the Savant are among the tightest I've come across. Exquisite. Quite an amazing truck—with some seriously sic machining for sure.

And for the uninitiated, S&B's own Buckethead has been busting his ass building these trucks. Fucking awesome job, bucket!

That is a sweet set up. You can't beat how light a carbon deck feels...it's like magic. Have fun on that beast!
