big flat roller screen 230 mesh,,one coat each side of ulano 925 wr emulsion, screen is set with about 3/8 off contact from the board,exposed with 2 500 watt halogens 18 inches above for 5.5 mins. 9 inch 65 duro red squeege, nazdar 2700 with 10% retarder,black base is taped around the edge with 1 inch tape and sprayed with dupont ful cryl catalyzed enamel.decks are pennswood! be sure to use 3m tape for the masking if you spray the base.cheap tape will not come off once the solvents soak into it.

I bought the halogen setup from harbor freight tools for about 40 bucks and added a piece of steel to the top to extend it so it hangs over the screen being exposed.It works great.
