I'm not talking about powdered mixes..

Yesterday I made some serious 5 cheese mac & cheese.

onions, garlic, spices, various dairy products, large elbow macaroni and the cheese.

asiago, provolone, fontina, parmesian and hella sharp cheddar with goldfish cracker crust.

i wont be able to shit for a week now, but it was worth it.

atta boy! you can never go wrong with the goldfish crust..

my secret ingredient is hot chineese mustard powder.. it makes it rock extra hard in the right amount.

oh yeah.

...then fold in some poached lobster or lump crab.

I've got a killer recipe w/ roasted green chilis and pepper jack, topped w/ toasted panko - - -

i was tempted to use some tomatillo or something, maybe next time.

also, I did use some ground mustard powder and a hint of nutmeg.

I make Mac&Chz with green chilies, and either diced ham or chopped bacon.

I put the same stuff in Potatoes Au Gratin.

Mmmmmm.
