I'm not talking about powdered mixes..
Yesterday I made some serious 5 cheese mac & cheese.
onions, garlic, spices, various dairy products, large elbow macaroni and the cheese.
asiago, provolone, fontina, parmesian and hella sharp cheddar with goldfish cracker crust.
i wont be able to shit for a week now, but it was worth it. |

atta boy! you can never go wrong with the goldfish crust..
my secret ingredient is hot chineese mustard powder.. it makes it rock extra hard in the right amount. |

oh yeah.
...then fold in some poached lobster or lump crab.
I've got a killer recipe w/ roasted green chilis and pepper jack, topped w/ toasted panko - - - |

i was tempted to use some tomatillo or something, maybe next time.
also, I did use some ground mustard powder and a hint of nutmeg. |

I make Mac&Chz with green chilies, and either diced ham or chopped bacon.
I put the same stuff in Potatoes Au Gratin.
Mmmmmm. |
