I got hooked on steak bombs when I lived in NH. Down here in TX they just don't make them right. Best one I ever had was at River Bend in Dover, NH right by the skate park. They have a secret cheese blend. I would kill for one now. This recipe looks good though. Steak and Cheese FTW! |

I ate the previously mentioned fishing line steak bomb at TGM's a little while back. While the string was frustrating it didn't take away from the taste...it was how you say, the bomb. |

Got everything together, just need to put it in the pot, if all goes well the St. Louis Old Man Skate Cartel will have some grub after we skate on Saturday. |

Has anyone ever tried a steak bomb with Lamb? I don't know if the pepperoni would be good with it or not but I'm thinking I might try some king of lamb sausage instead. |

Ok, I need to try this. Any substitution recommended for the pepperoni? I can't say I'm a pepperoni fan.
Is the pep just for the spice/saltiness?
Maybe I'll try adding cut up smoked sausage or something. The local butcher does a killer smoked, spicy bratwurst that may work. |
