That's about what it looks like when I get out of the pool.
I got the inspiration for the traditional Italian sausage like that from "Goodfellas'. When you're using natural hog casings for sausage it just naturally curls up into a coil like that. Keepin' it gangsta.
Brats or other types of sausages I go ahead and twist them into links since it makes handling and cooking a lot easier. |

So here I was, in Myrtle Beach. Bought some cheapo brats and said, "I am gonna cook these bitches in some beer, grill em up, dress them right and take pics the whole way through and show em off!"
I got this far and forgot to take any more pics, thanks to the 15 beers I went through.... |

Another variant is the Currywurst:
Usually it is a Bratwurst cut into pieces with tomato ketchup poured over and some Curry put on it. |
