Making it at home is soooo fun....but be warned, you will end up making WAY more than you can eat in a sitting. Me and an ex-girlfriend use to make it all the time and always made too much rice, so we would end up with like 20 or so rolls of just rice wrapped in seaweed. haha

I once was told that the proper way to cook tuna was on your tongue. I tried this next time I had sushi. I got some sashimi tuna and I savored it on my tongue. YUM YUM, tastes so good.
