question, with the trucks, did you drop in acid to clean them?
what was the total restoration time for that baby? |

Thanks for all the props, guys...I really appreciate it. This turned out better than I ever imagined.
The trucks were the easiest part of all this. Just took them apart and rubbed them with OO steel wool soaked in Goof Off....I used a pocket knife to pick the paint around the letters and in the deeper grinds.
Total work time (I'm guessing) between 50-60 hours. |
