I'm riding a Stink Bill Danforth with Indy 166's, little-ass risers and Ghetto Child wheels. I also have a Factory 13 coffin-shaped deck with Indy's and old Rat Bones 85a's for dicking around on the street... fun, fun, fun! I keep thinking about setting up an old deck, or at least my Shogo tribute deck, but I've started taking a bunch of tricks to nose, so they wouldn't work out for me so much... have I gone "new school"? |

I went new school.
I couldnt help it. I started a skate shop so my access to new school boards is infinate.
I hated to admit it at first but the new school boards are better for skating. |

I ride a minion. Old school style in a new school price. 10" wide with a square tail, indy's, and beer city beer stained (read seconds) 65mm wheels. |

My next deck will be a Black&WhiteInc (defunct Chicago company) that I've had for a while and didn't ride 'cause it's too big. I've decided to cut my own shape into it. It'll look a little like a Blockhead deck - diamond shaped and a little wider at the back truck. New school popsicle stick with som old school flair. Winter jig-saw project when there's two feet of snow. |

Well I got my black SC Hosoi Hammerhead with the fan-tail - all set up with a sweet pair of Indy 169s (Stage I's!!!) and some orange-ish Slimeballs. Was gonna' snap up Henrik's Hosoi OJ Proto Speed Wheels he has on Ebay for it, but the other bidder is way too serious. However, I just came across 2 black Blackhart wheels so if I can find 2 more those will replace the Slimeballs. |

Are you sure that they are stage 1?
Anyway, my regular park board is a Beer City Peters with Indy 166s and 85A Rat Bones (give up a little speed to get good grip in the dusty pool). Also ride a Yard Stix with old Indys and Santa Cruz Bullets fun in the park and street. For downhill runs I also like my Fibreflex 38" kick with Exkate trucks and wheels. Set up other boards from time to time just to see what feels right. That's the best part about collecting! |
