Saw Rancid on the Conan O'Brian show last night. Sucked. Rapping bullshit. Lint didn't even play his guitar. He wore it like Bono. Fuck 'em...
Matt rules, he should get the fuck out of that band.

los muertos de cristo has been around for more than ten years now,they are from a state near by my home town ,if you are discovering this now ,you havent heard anything from spainish punk,you should ,try ESKORBUTO,LA POLLA RECORDS,LA FURIA,TDK ,LARSEN...
people who plays punk from the 70s when we where suffering a represing dictator and things where not as easy as now.
my scene is not hot,is as fucked as everywhere else,but we got a bunch of real bands...hardcore and punk |

this bands you said are not spanish,they are american latin people ,mostly chicanos.spain is that european country at the other side of the ocean,in europe,remember?
all the bands i told have good distribution ,ask at a good record shop ,sure in amoeba san francisco,if not, via internet try daily records barcelona or download at e-mule or kaaza |

Gusto, you hit the nail on the head. Rancid is doing whats right for them. They too want to make a few $$$, you can't blame them for that. The CD itself is good. Some of their old style, albeit a little toned down, but they express their human sides, showing anger, sadness, and just plain "who gives a fuck attitude." They kicked ass at the Warped tour in VA. Their small club shows are a lot more intense but out here on the East Coast, we take what we can get.
I'd hate to hear what some of you guys are saying about JFA and their re-issue. Drunk Injuns? Caballero (Faction)?
How about some newer stuff: Blue Collar Special? Distillers? Pennywise?
And I missed Agent Orange last time they were here in Balt, that sucked. |

The Drunk Injuns, JFA & The faction have never been on "Late Night With Conan O'Brien", with some Eminem clone rapping along with their song.
PLUS, I'm sick and fucking tired of hearing all these damn Rancid songs about "the streets". They're from fucking Albany CA., for chrissakes! It's nice there. Very nice.
