Had this today... the sandwich of all sandwiches. Everything is Fresh—killer deli owned and operated by 3 former Canadian Football league players (Calgary Stampeders).
Vienna Bun
Euro Red Pepper spread
Olive oil
lettuce
tomato
Provalone cheese
Mortadella
Genoa Salami
Capocollo
Prosciutto
Served with a pile of pickles.

I can now make them without having to cook any bacon.
All I need is bread, lettuce, and tomato...
