inspired, i cooked yall up somethin.
Oooooh lordy, you gonna LOVE this. Why? Because you are one of the following, if not all:
a. a man
b. love bacon
c. love cheese.
d. refer to a
if not, then youre obviously.. well.. you know.

Yes sir, that is crispy bacon fried up in an envalope of colby jack cheese. sprinkled with dried chives and served with sliced dill pickle and a garlic pepper aioli.
grovel, go try, stroke my ego.
tip: cook your bacon a little less than prefered crispiness, keep the heat up when doing the cheese, serve hot.
tip two: for a dessert, do a dark chocolate sauce, slice baconcheese into ribbons, drizzle with sauce. leave out chives, replace aioli with fruit preserves. |
