Home Made Exposure Unit?

I've been curious about using an exposure unit,thanks everyone for your tips on this

If you're using the halogens you need to watch the distance to the glass. Too close and they get hot...and if doing multiple screens the glass can crack.

Hrrrmmm.. Our UV light vacuum unit here at the shop exposes in 25 seconds...

so does mine...
actually we get 2 done in 25...
right emulsion plus right light source is an amazing thing

Yeah.. We can do 2 side by side.. It's an old Chapparal unit.

we have a new vastex unit at out shop in pittsburgh
and I built one for our ventura shop based off if it
and get the same results
could have saved 3 grand...
