[quote="Grumpy Ol' Bastard"]You're all wrong.
That's grilling...quick cooking over direct heat.
This is BBQ...slow cooking over indirect heat.
If only I could fit something like on my balcony... props! |

Smoked it for about 20 hours.. Good Stuff.. So are there two butt cheeks in that pan? Looks like you should garnish it with a thong |

yeah I t was my first time trying it.
I made a more classic version just seasoning salt and onions as well as the beer
but the one with the limes had a hjot jamaican jerk spice and lime marinade! it was 10X better! |

Good product placement for Buddy and Traci... The truth is.. I always have a Tailtap beverage insulator in my pics.. I pick up camera, put beer on counter. Odds are, beer in pic..
Reminds me.. Hey Buddy.. I am going to need a new one .. soon. |

I've found a way to combine skating and BBQing..... at least, if your 99 cent store grill is missing a support bracket- whaddaya do? use a few truck hangers, of course!
Oh yeah, don't be boring- if you're gonna grill, get several different dead animals... I usually chicken and steaks, and I throw pork on to make burritos with the next day..... snausages and seafood also... |
