Which one did you go to? Uptown or downtown? I'll be going there for my 33rd birthday as well next Wed. night. If the sweetbreads are on special, I'll be getting that with the short rib just like last year. Glad you enjoyed it.
Bourdain rules, BTW. Big fan of all late 70's NY punk bands.

I went to the original location uptown on Park. It's less than a block away from the 6 train.

I recommend the Planche de Grillades. For reals.
