Cock Sauce.
You can use it on anything.
Dillenger--I would think that would burn just a little bit. |

Indeed, peanut is the best and most common. You can also use untoasted sesame oil, canola, vegetable, coconut, avocado, anything. Even extra virgin olive oil. It's all about having control over that wok... |

I hate canola oil, bad flavor-like plastic or something.
Peanut and sunflower are the way to go for me(I know canola is healthier though...DOH!) |

Meh... Healthy shmelthy. I use what tastes good. Canola, though they claim it's flavorless, does not taste good. Incidentally, most canola oil comes out of Canada. It's actually Rapeseed oil, but the Canadian oil board decided that name wasn't gonna help move any units, so they came up with CANola... |

Good stuff. There's a cafe near here that serves THE COBRA sandwich on Fridays... "It Bites Back". Sriracha is one of the condiments. |

I'm a fan for sure...
Place next to my office serves grilled egg rolls... I mix that up in the terryaki sauce and munch down for lunch at least a couple times a week. 2 Rolls for $1.50... |

Man I was tripping when I saw this thread this morning.
Not as bad as not having In-N-Out anymore, but did not think I would ever see this stuff again. At least not in a store around here.
Anywho just got back from Malbis. They have a Cost Plus.
Bottle of Sriracha (17 oz): $2.99 ! |
