If you are having trouble putting ink through a 230 then you need to thin your ink down. The other day I gave my printer a screen to print white ink on a black shirt, when I cleaned the screen yesterday I realized it was a 305, not a 200 I gave him. In short: If you can get white plastisol through a 305 mesh, then there should be no problem getting any sort of waterbased or solvent based ink through a 230 mesh. |
