Be careful w/ Accent - it's chock FULL of MSG (Monosodiumglutemate), a flavor enhancer, but LOTS of people are highly allergic to it.
Not many restaurants use it anymore, due to the problems...asian restaurants were famous for it, thus you see "No MSG" signs in them (which probably doesn't mean they actually do it...). |

Did you know that we have a type of tastebud specifically for tasting MSG? The Japanese call it umami.
Sweet, sour, bitter, salty, and umami. Those are your tastebuds. |
