Any suggestions?

We tried this and found it didn't help at all, and was pretty much unusable. Try holding the squeegge on the sides with your index finger wrapping around and holding the edge of the blade. |

What if you made the squeegee handle say six inches and the blade eight inches? Would that make it easier to form the concave of the board?

I finally got the pics of my first frame. Its pretty big......i think its about 35 inches wide and 40 inches long.
I made a metal frame for the mesh. It was actually two pieces of 18 gauge steel.....one was 1" wide with a 1/2" wide piece welded to the top of it. THen the other was 1/2" wide and was placed around the 1/2" piece on the other one to clamp down the mesh. Then I used a rivet gun to hold the metal together.

this is the best one ive seen in here.
notice the curvature of the frame.
a very good example of what needs to be done.
leaned slightly forward to keep mesh tension correct.

Hey Pennswood,
Thanks for your compliment. Its nice to hear it coming from a respectable company
I haven't done a run yet, I'm in the process of building 5 more to get started up here.
Once I get a board finish I'll try to post pics
