pressure washer and a little reclaimer works so fucking good. i spent 2.50 at a carwash and cleaned 7 screens. |

there is a groove cut in the bottom side of the frame and the mesh is attached by mashing a cord into the groove (with the mesh tight against the frame) thus giving tension. It's super oldschool, but way better then had stretching and staples. |

regarding reclaiming: ER-35 by Chemical Consultants and ProChem109 also by Chemical Consultants. Can't get any better, I do about 25-40 screens a day like that. A gallon of the ER35, mixed 5/1 (water/ER35) will do probably 200+ screens. |
