Only got around the corner and picked up two 3 inch x 8 inch, 10 foot long treated pine sleepers.......I’ll rip them up the guts and make 4 lengths for the base frame.
Fantastic stuff lying around at the moment as Covid lockdown has ended and construction is going off it’s head before Christmas......Every cunt is too busy to go to the rubbish dump so everything is just lying out the front......Haha.....good times for a bin scab like me.....🤓👍

I’m not stopping Santa dude....not a project...as long as there is ‘rubbish’ on the road, I’m gunna lock and load.
I’m hoping to have it done for New Years Eve.
Aaaahhhh........that would be fucken great to drop in and fuck off Covid 2020......I’ll do it nude.......with a mask hanging out my butt.
These are your best friends.........it’s all you need.
Saw and driver for construction and hammer and pliers for demolition.
Just make sure you adjust the depth of your saw to the minimal needed for cutting the transitions......as straight saws don’t like curves......6 foot transition was tight....the thing started to moan like my ex wife......not in a good way.

I wish it WAS a project that I could cruise with but it’s turned into a job as my daughter has got her whip out......”when will it be finished Dad...will you finish it before school holidays...blah blah”
Got instant flat bottom.
Gotta level out the space......if you could call it space...haha....don’t run out and head bongo the walls.

Got about 2/3 of the area levelled..........hard going with Kunta Kinte everywhere and a hot 34*c in that space.
Looks like Barry the previous owner liked to bury his toxins in that spot.
Lucky I’m putting a ramp there and not a vegetable garden.

Another hot summer’s day........got an area levelled for the flat bottom box frame.........going to put some cement pavers as pads.
Going back to work in the real world for 3 days........I hope the client has some ‘rubbish’ for the tip🤓👍

Looking at it I think I may extend it to 10 foot flat bottom rather than 8.🤓👍 |

Haha...yeah......that Ute is pretty Aussie.....it’s just lacking the slab of beer in the back.
I’m doing this ramp for under $500 AUS.....hopefully.
It’s my Christmas present for my daughter.
Last year for Christmas I dug a hole and put in one of those cheap swimming pools.......all the decking and surrounds where salvaged.
That fit the 500 budget.
She loves her lil’ pool.
My daughter gets me......and she loves the heart of making something and not “the bought” product.
This was last years budget recycled swimming pool.🤓👍
Those old surfboards where just lying out on the road. |
