I've dissembled trucks and fit them in the small flat rate box, but the trick is to fold the box around the truck to close it, not try to stuff it. It bulges a little, but usually the USPS doesn't care, just tape the edges to make sure it stays together. |

I use the next size up from the smallest box. It's like 10 something, priority, which is the only way I ship most of the time. I wrap each truck in bubble wrap and put enough padding in the void so they don't move around.
I don't have the time to fuck around trying to save 4 or 5 fucking dollars by taking trucks apart and cramming them in a box that is too small. USPS Priority gets anywhere in the states in 3 days, less if it's the same coast. Never had ONE issue.
Trucks in an envelope? Fuck that to hell. |
