Soy based wheels
Who'd a thunked it!
Would look forward to a report on this if any hippy skaters are brave enough to try them out in between hugging tree's and bouts of herbal self medication!
(seriously I would like to hear if these wheels are good/bad/indifferent) |

I bet it wasn't the Black Ops urethane. |

I have those too. Not a fan. Horrible coning on them. Still greasy. Kind of like Dan. |

If you don't have a lot of big hills you might want to look at wheels in the 66mm size. A lot of downhillers run that size on slower more tech courses. I'm a big fan of Seismics Black Ops thane. |

I am looking at wheels in that range. This place is pretty flat so I do a great deal of pushing as well.
I want something in the 66 or 67mm range so my kick is not to stretched out. |

Earthwing, Gravity, Seismic, ABEC11 all have wheels that are downhill worthy in the 66mm size. |

Yeah I have some of the ABEC11 noskullz in the 87/88a? formula but when I am on them they seem a little harder.
Kind of slippery for my tastes.
I think the next wheel I roll will be something more close to 80.
I am new to this wanting to go as fast as I can down a hill with confidence thing so I want as much grip as I can get. |

If you want some ABEC11 wheels for DHing that are in the 66mm range look at the Retro ZigZags. You need a square lipped wheel to give you traction in corners. You can get the ZigZags in a lot of different duros. |
