In "real life", I've read the majority of his employees are extremely loyal to him. There's a decent # of successful chefs he employed/trained that now own their own or are executive chefs in 3 star Michelin rated restaurants.
I'm sure the TV personality is jacked up just a bit, but as stated before - you know what you're signing up for with him.
I like when he tastes something that doesn't agree with his palette and he pukes on command. It amuses me to no end. |

It's called ratings. I'm quite positive the big wigs tell him to act up a bit. If he was always such a twat I'm sure someone would have shot him by now.
