straight up pepperoni, preferably NY style baked in a coal fired oven -
past that, MAX toppings in the +/-3 range...those pizzas w/ umpteen toppings just fill up your mouth, you really don't get the flavor of the pie
baking a pepperoni pie for my T'giving meal later today |

Pepperoni, crumbled spicy breakfast sausage, feta, sharp provolone, fresh garlic and pepperoncini's.
Either on a thin, homemade crust, or in a deep dish from Zachary's in Oakland. |

Peperoni.. extra cheese
on a wild day I like some jalapenos on it.
I used to like peperoni, jalapenos, anchovies and black olives.. just cant get that here. |

I used to make a meat sauce, extra cheese, meatball pizza back in the day that was the shizzle.  |

my typical good pizza will have peperoni, black olives and bell peppers.
sometimes real pesto sauce, not that creamy garlic ranch bullshit.
other than that, anything deep dish and from chicago |

went and had Zacharys today..after hearing Kirk always talk about it
pretty good stuff, just couldn't bring myself to do the deep dish....way too much sauce
this is "Zacharys special"
sausage, green peppers, mushrooms & onions
