FYI, it would be cheaper to go to a local fabricator in one's area, than to pay the extra for shipping. I don't think you will be getting much interest here. |

Jay,
If I was you, I'd do my best to make a mold/die and do some the traditional way. Since you have welding experience, maybe you can fab something up and try that route. The only draw back on metal is weight and when they do get scratched up, they will become super sharp.
Since you have welding experience, maybe you can fab more hardcore parts like custom baseplates/hangers/etc from different alloys or material...
Keep the faith and just try new stuff for yourself until you can crank them out at a decent price... |
