My mother in law wants to go out for Thanksgiving. Cool with us, they'll pay, we can leave right after lunch, nothing to clean up.
But...
I gots to have me some smoked Turkey. I've got a 5lb breast on the pit right now...in 6 hours we'll have Fowl Nirvana!
My wife makes a killer dressing using Tamales, so she'll be whipping that up.
Better dig out my fat pants. |

FRIED turkey....we have never looked back since about 9-10yrs ago when Pops fried up the first one. Now we get all fancy with the injections and stuff.  |

I've heard the fried thing is good...I'm just not a fried kinda guy (unless recreationly speaking)...
I'm a complete whore for a smoked turkey. I baste throughout, injected the poo out of it...it WILL rock! |
