I guess if you only had a really long, narrow area to work in it would be cool. It would probably keep you pretty fit too, walking up and down with your single board for your 1000 t-shirt order with a full colour print. |

thanks man, i appreciate it, its not that i dont have the money to buy a real press, its just after doing an order of 100 shirts or so, it feels so much better becuase you not only printed them, but you did it using something you made and not some one else. Also, i love building and designing stuff. Im almost finished with the plans for my press if anyone is interested.
thanks,

It must feel great. i recently invested in a four station 6 colour press from this british company. It does the job ok, but i recon you're on to a great thing with those plans of yours, i'm sure you could make a living out of it.
Good luck bro!

i think that would be good if you had like four or six or hell even up to ten people to run it. like if you could install a flash between each station you could get alot of work done fast. |

the real problem is loading and unloading. Since there's one station you can only do one thing at a time, you can't print while flashing and you can't unload shirts or load shirts while another is printing. that and it would be way too tiring, you would need to walk how many miles to print 100 shirts? |

this is an entire different way of doin 4 colors, seems like it would work fine except for the large amounts of space it would take up. maybe ill build one. lol
cody
That was invented by people who hate screen printers. But seriously it is limited to 4 colors or at least they market it that way, even though it is a modular system, you would think that it would be suited for unlimited colors. For it to be efficient you would need an additional station to park under the flash dryer while you load and print another shirt. |
