Well, AoS did it again! Taking my own advice (see post: http://www.skullandbonesskateboards.c...topic.php?t=46360), I once again posted a "Want" ad at AoS for a Hosoi Collage. This is a deck which has eluded me for years. Then I scored a mint one, got boned in a trade, sold the board out of desparation and have never felt right since. Well, no more than a few weeks went by after posting that "Want Ad" and lo and behold, look what the Brown Santa just delivered:
(note the Pharaoh right behind).
Here's one more pic, showing my new Collage hanging in its new spot along with the boys:
AoS: you are making my dreams come true.
Now hear this: If you have a Grail, post a "Want" at AoS. It works. I scored a Pharaoh (which took me years) and now this Hosoi Collage.
I'm so stoked...
(Kahuna - can you believe it? Finally...) |

Congrats.
I scored my very lightly used Hensley Eagle King size in the same fashion. |

Nice score, but take those Trackers and Dubs off the Hosoi and put indy's and rockets. Save those for the NOS Sims Hosoi your going to score one day! |

I agree. I was just screwing around with components last night. It's still a work in progress...
(those were the conponents off of my recently-sold Sims Bowman Superman!) |

I'm not so lucky ,
have a few wants on Aos for looooong time ,
still waiting ,
Don't get me wrong , Aos has been a big help to me but never had any luck with my wanted decks there ,
Love the site to do some research , together with the 'bible of skateboarding 'Sean's Disposable ... |
