I Fucking hate e bay some times
just got out bid on that 'germanfemales' Abrook butterfly which is bad enough but I bid the same amount as the winner right down to the last stupid euro bloody funny money thats 2 Abrooks in a month I've missed I'm going to have to change my bidding tactics or rob a bank may be I should have skated less got an education and a good job but for now I'm off to sulk |

Hell most of us would have never gotten a board or a set of wheels we wanted if we didn't grab it at the last minute. That guy sounds like a pussey and a crybaby for emailing you like that. |

They must'nt show the Ebay commercials out there where they show the two guys bidding at the last minute...one happy the other pissed....
I remember my first days doin the ebay thing... I would get pretty pissed when I got sniped...plus I would get pissed when a board I have high bid on is at 50 bucks...and at the last 2 or 3 minutes go, you just watch the deck slowly shoot up with every refresh...til it is at 300 bucks...ouch...

solution--
ask yourself what your willing to pay beofre end of auction. put that bid in at the very last minute. you will get it for the lowest possible price--if it goes higher then you dont need it--this is a good way to look at it and not get pissed!!

Then you could bid like that idiot Hammerhead. Put a RIDICULOUSLY high bid on a board, something that you can't possibly afford, thinking that, "Naw, won't go near that high." Only to realize that in the last 10 seconds somebody with more money than yourself want the board REAL bad too. So now your paying $600 for a $200 board.
Oh, then you go to sell it and only get half of what it's worth.
Nuther couple of thousands of dollars and I think Im gonna start catching on! |
