Those better be some damn big rolls. The prices are pretty steep.
The key things are heavy gauge and low shrink temp.
As far as the heat... a tunnel can shrink the best, but a gun works. |

steep huh.....
how much should i be paying?
looks like $114 for 10" wide roll 4250 feet long is that a ripoff?
also im assuming its like a long sock where you just slip the board in seal the ends and shrink the whole thing
am i right? or am i missng something?......... |

So does the lower gauge mean it's thicker material?
And which is the best product there? Uline PVC, Reynolds, Cryovac, or Uline Polyolefin?

Bigger the gauge #, the thicker the material. |

100 gauge thickness. (200F to 250F).
and for hector...check this
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...FB%3AIID&rd=1
there are other things to thinnk about.
This stuff produces a gas as you heat it, it will bun your throught. Open the windows and cover your mouth or wear a resperator.
You should know, you will fuck up some wrapping because there is a learning curve with a gun. A tunnel will work from the start. |
