Shouldn't be too hard to add a 'rider' to an existing policy, just like you'd do for guitars, jewelry, etc.

My insurance company had no clue what to say when I asked that one. Contents of my home are covered for xxxxx much. That is it. |

you will get only what you can proof they are worth - invoice etc. or you can have them appraised which will cost you.

Probably not, depends on the terms of your policy. But if someone broke into your home and stole your OG bigfoot, and you have enough documentation, you can claim it against your insurance...
I know there's at least one SnB bro who works in the insurance industry, I'm just working from my limited layman's knowledge...

I called a few places and had no luck with them. One place said it would charge 50 bucks every thousand dollars which would be insane.
If you guys know how to go about this, let me know please. Wheres our SnB insurance broker brothers? |
