... I mean hang up your 'mint' decks.
Has anyone tried the mounts that artofskateboarding sell? How do they hold the board, will it leaves any marks?
I'd be curious to hear different peoples solutions. |

Take two nails. Pound them into the wall 1 5/8" apart. Put your deck up. Ive got mine so they are flush with the deck. You cant even see them hardly. Looks great. costs about 10 cents per deck. |

That's the obvious solution, although I wonder if the weight of the board might actually cause nail indentions over time.
I was thinking about doing that but coating the nails with some kind of soft rubbery material. |

hit up www.websitetoolbox.com/tool/mb/bulldogskates
thats the bulldog skates forum
send a pm to a guy named "bigsmooth" and ask him about his board hangers.
he makes really good quality ones with oak or maple bases that will securely hold all of your decks and/or completes.
or run a search on that forum for board hangers and his name will come up. |

yep they do, he includes screws to use instead of the picture hanger things on the other ones.
edit- the fasteners on the backsides of the hangers use picture frame hangers for support. sorry for confusion. |

HAHAHAHA, does the skateboard fairy come along and replace it with a tooth?
So no one has tried the artofskateboarding mounts? I like the floating look but don't want to risk any damage. |

Amorone's floating display mounts on AOS rock for sure. Wish I had 30 more of them. |
