G&S Warptail 2. Early ones had the rectangle G&S sticker on top, like the one in this link:

Maybe that signature is from the person who owned it, marking his own board.

It sure looks similar to the warptail 2, but it hasn't a different deck design (red&black?)... nothing online with the same one

hopefully someone out there can id the signature lol
